TripleSafe and Crack Injections Rescue Basement in Mendota, IL
Challenge
Sandra and Tom S. from Mendota were frustrated with constantly battling large cracks that allowed for repeated water intrusion. The couple called the experts at MidAmerica Basement Systems to resolve the issue once and for all. The team sent Design Specialist, Kevin Coakly to provide a thorough inspection and a same day quote at no cost to the homeowners.
Solution
The project was led by Foreman, Justin Bailey. The team sealed the cracks with polyurethane injections which expanded through the foundation walls securing a tight seal. The team also installed TripleSafe pump system with twin liner, 1/3 hp cast iron primary AC pump, 1/2 hp cast iron AC back-up pump, and UltraSump battery back-up pumping system with charging/control box with alarm, and 120 amp sealed maintenance free battery which includes 3 CleanPump stands, airtight lid with airtight floor drain, and WaterWatch alarm system.
