Kathy R. was having major water trouble in her basement every time it rained. It became so bad that the basement started to look like a pool after you empty it, with water stains all over the walls. She was fed up and decided to give MidAmerica Basement Systems a call for help.
Mike Banks was sent out to evaluate the problem in Kathy’s basement. Mike was absolutely sure the problem would be fixed by installing a TripleSafe pumping system, CleanSpace walling, and a full perimeter of WaterGuard. The WaterGuard will take the water from the basement to the TripleSafe. The TripleSafe is the best basement sump pump money can buy; it is equipped with three pumps to make sure all of the water is pumped up, out, and safely away from the home. The CleanSpace walling system will give the basement a clean look, while also blocking the water from the walls down into the WaterGuard to be pumped out by the TripleSafe.
Kathy R. is ecstatic with the work done by MidAmerica Basement Systems and would recommend them to anyone with basement issues. She now has a worry free basement for years to come.
Rick W. had water damage in his basement and water came into his basement every time it rained. Finally tired of trying to deal with the problem on his own, Rick called the experts at MidAmerica Basement Systems for a free in-home estimate.
Shortly after the phone call, an appointment was set up with Mike Darnell to come evaluate the basement. Mike decided the best solution for this particular problem was to install a TripleSafe pumping system, SaniDryXP, and a full perimeter of WaterGuard. The WaterGuard is a trenching system around the inside of the basement to channel the water to the TripleSafe. The TripleSafe is the best in the business when it comes to sump pumps. The triple pump design will make sure to get all the water up, out, and away from the home. The SaniDryXP is a dehumidifier, as well as an air purifier that will take care of an entire basement area.
Rick W. is very happy with the work done by MidAmerica Basement Systems. He now has a dry and worry free basement.

She contacted MidAmerica Basement Systems to have her patio lifted and leveled, so she could entertain her guests safely. The PolyLevel expanded, lifting the sunken areas and leveling them to their original state. Marge again has a leveled patio for entertaining, but with a permanent solution.
Tim and Mary’s basement kept getting water in it, and over the years it became worse and worse. They finally reached out to MidAmerica Basement Systems to have a waterproofing system installed. It was suggested that WaterGuard and a TripleSafe sump be installed to properly address the leaking basement. The TripleSafe then discharges water out of the basement, allowing for the area to stay dry.
Donald and Pamela could not understand why there was excessive moisture in their home and quickly contacted MidAmerica Basement Systems to have the problem resolved. The problem was coming from the untreated crawlspace. The crawlspace would become wet when it rained, and moisture was seeping into the rest of the home. It was proposed to have the area completely encapsulated to seal off the ground from the rest of the home. CleanSpace Drainage Matting and Liner were installed to prevent a wet crawlspace, sealing the area off from the exposed dirt floor. A SaniDry CX was installed in the crawlspace to absorb the rest of the moisture in the area, and keep the humidity levels down in the rest of the home. Donald and Pamela no longer deal with extra moisture in their home.

Ron and Barb were having issues with bowing basement walls and contacted MidAmerica Basement Systems. Once their situation was evaluated, it was offered to have a GeoLock Wall Anchor system installed. GeoLock anchors a placed in the ground, covering more than the standard wall anchor. Once the anchors are set, a long, galvanized steel rod is connected to the anchor and placed through the wall to apply pressure to the bowing wall. The wall anchors permanently stabilize the wall, providing the option to straighten the wall over time with a tightening process.
Gloria had issues with foundation cracks in her basement, indicating that she had a bowing wall issue. Before it could get any worse, she contacted MidAmerica Basement Systems. During inspection, the best solution was provided to her, a PowerBrace System. When they inspected his home, it was addressed that the untreated crawlspace was causing moisture to enter, weakening the wooden floor joist system and making the floors sag. He was offered a total crawlspace encapsulation to seal off all moisture access, and to protect the floors to the rest of his home. Drainage matting was placed along the dirt floor to help collect any moisture and redirect it to a SmartSump to be discharged.
