The team sent out Joe Sarb to inspect the foundation and within the same day, Joe was able to suggest a solution and the cost to address the issues to Keith. Harry and Christine A. of Coal Valley, IL decided they wanted to add value to their home in the form of new egress windows so they called MidAmerica Basement Systems. A design specialist, Clayton Spinler, came out to their home to evaluate the situation, and design a solution that would work best for them.

Bryan Ghirst and team installed the new egress windows with new window wells, the pump and exit system to keep the basement dry, and the SunHouse feature. For at least a year, Renuka H. had water coming into her basement. The Rock Island resident decided that it was time to act, and waterproof the basement. She called the experts at MidAmerica Basement Systems for an estimate.

Renuka met with her design specialist. The custom solution would work great for her home. After meeting with her design specialist, Foreman Mike Clementz and his team came out to install the new waterproofing system. Foreman Bill Wilcox and his team came out to the property to install products that would ensure Marilyn's basement would stay dry. Amy S. of Rock Island, IL called MidAmerica Basement Systems with concerns of water coming into the basement. The water was coming in through the foundation. System design specialist, Mac McDaniel came out to the Rock Island home, and conducted a thorough investigation of the inside and the outside of the home. Following the investigation, Mac designed a custom solution for the home. Homeowner Tish E. was having issues with her sump pump system. During heavy rainfalls, she was still noticing water seeping thru her basement floor and walls, which was causing mold to grow and a musty smell throughout the home.
