Homeowner was experiencing water intrusion where the foundation walls meet the floor and through cracks in the floor. She called the professionals at MidAmerica Basement Systems. The team sent an expert out to inspect the home and provide a free estimate within the same day. Excited about having these problems fixed, the team began the project.
To address water coming in from the perimeter, the team installed WaterGuard. WaterGuard is designed to drain wall leaks and rising ground water from the perimeter into the new SuperSump, which comes with special features that make it stand out among other sump pump systems such as a perforated and durable liner that allows ground water to drain into the unit, an airtight lid that allows water to drain into the unit but prevents water vapor to rise, and a WaterWatch alarm that will alert Amy if there are any problems.
The team constructed a discharge line that allowed water to be pumped to the LawnScape away from the home. To further protect Amy's basement during the cold winter months, the team installed IceGuard which is designed to eject water away from the foundation walls if a pipe freezes, preventing flooding.

The sunken and cracked concrete around your Peoria County home is both an eyesore and a safety hazard. It is also likely to get worse, but we can fix it for you.
Our experts use PolyLevel, a superior polyurethane foam. Small holes are drilled in the concrete, the foam is injected and the expanding foam lifts the concrete. The majority of contractors you will call use mudjacking instead of foam. Mudjacking is heavier, require larger holes in the concrete and does not last as long as PolyLevel. Barbara M. has had a water problem in her basement for a while and she was tired of dealing with it. She was referred by an employee to get a free estimate from MidAmerica Basement Systems.
Dan Garner, a system design specialist, at MidAmerica Basement Systems was sent to diagnose the water problem in the basement. Dan decided the best solution for the water problem was to have a TripleSafe and SuperSump pumping systems installed, along with a WaterGuard system around the perimeter of the basement. The WaterGuard is a drainage channel that will lead the water to either the TripleSafe or SuperSump pumping systems, where it will be pumped out away from the home. A SaniDry dehumidifier was also installed in the basement.
Barbara M. now has a dry basement and could not be happier. She no longer has the worry of going to sleep or leaving her home and wondering if the basement will be dry.
Sue B. purchased an older home and noticed water coming in the basement. She wanted an interior solution rather than having her yard torn apart. She did some research on the internet and found MidAmerica Basement Systems was the best fit for her.
The call center listened to Sue’s problem and sent out Mark Kurtz, a trained design specialist, to further inspect the issue. Mark proposed a custom solution to fix the issue which included a TripleSafe pumping system and a full perimeter of WaterGuard. The full perimeter of WaterGuard will filter the water to the TripleSafe pumping system, where it will be pumped out of the home a safe distance away.
Sue B. was extremely happy she was able to fix her water problem without having to dig up the outside of her home. Her basement is now dry and will be for many years, she now has no worries about the basement being wet after it rains.
Vicky has lived in her house for several years and continued to have a water problem in her basement. She finally had enough and went online in search of professional help. She found MidAmerica Basement Systems right away and wanted to learn more.
She was very pleased to find out the estimate was free and the appointment was set up right away. Mark Kurtz, a trained design specialist, was sent to Vicky’s house and after a thorough inspection he came up with a customized solution for her specific problem. He proposed a WaterGuard drainage channel that would unnoticably direct the water to the TripleSafe pumping system that was also going to be installed. The humidity was a little high in her home as well, so Mark proposed a SaniDry dehumidifier to keep mold from growing in the basement. After Mark went over how the whole process worked with Vicky, she was sold and got the appointment scheduled.
Vicky’s basement was completed by MidAmerica Basement Systems in the middle of 2012 and it continues to stay completely dry to this day. She could not be happier with her decision in choosing MidAmerica Basement Systems and now has no worries about water when it rains.
Michael and Shirley were having a water problem on one side of their home and wanted to see if it could be fixed. They also wanted to replace their existing windows with some type of window well. They were referred to MidAmerica Basement Systems to get a free estimate on their basement.
After a short phone call, an appointment was set up with Mark Kurtz to come evaluate the basement. Mark decided the best solution for their specific problem was to install a SuperSump pumping system and WaterGuard around the wall with the water issue. The SuperSump pumping system will pump any water up and away from the home. The WaterGuard will direct the water to the SuperSump to be pumped out. Mark also showed them the SunHouse window well, which will allow more sunlight in the basement but also keep the water out. They loved the idea of the SunHouse.
Michael and Shirley are very happy with the work done by MidAmerica Basement Systems. They now have a bright and dry living space downstairs.
Rachel P. is the owner of this East Peoria basement. She was concerned about the condition of her foundation walls and so had several companies come out to assess the situation and after much consideration decided to go with the experts at MidAmerica Basement Systems. Justin Bailey was the lead foreman and headed the charge to install the patented wall system, PowerBrace. The PowerBrace has a system that allows for tightening which means that it can actually improve the condition of the wall over time. Zinc coating makes the PowerBrace resistant to corrosion, making it long lasting.
MidAmerica is honored to have been chosen to resolve Rachel's structural problems!
Terry is the homeowner of these TWO crawl spaces in East Moline and wanted them both cleaned up and insulated. Terry called the MidAmerica Basement Systems team and the team sent expert Mac McDaniel in to inspect the spaces. Terry agreed to the game plan and the team sent out lead foreman Justin Bailey to head the project.
The first crawl space is the larger of the two. The team cleared out all the debris and then laid out CleanSpace Drainage Matting. The drainage system is a dimpled polyethylene membrane material that allows water to flow underneath the CleanSpace liner. The team installed SilverGlo on the walls which is a foil backed foam insulating material. The SilverGlo is impregnated with graphite, which reduces heat from escaping the space. SilverGlo is inorganic making it unlikely to deteriorate. The space was sealed with CleanSpace liner wit is a 20 mil thick plastic liner that has multiple layers of plastics with differentiating flexibility making it resistant to tears and punctures. CleanSpace is an inorganic material that also has an antimicrobial additive called UnltraFresh which prevents mold growth on the liner. The second crawl space is smaller and was fitted with the CleanSpace liner as well. MidAmerica Basement Systems is happy to have provided Terry with two clean, comfortable, and insulated crawl spaces!
In Princeville, a homeowner not only wanted the basement to be waterproofed but wanted to add some finishing touches to the space. After having a MidAmerica Basement Systems expert come out to provide a free inspection and estimate, the game plan was set and got to work.
The team installed none other than the incomparable TripleSafe sump pumping system. Unlike other systems, this unit comes with 3 pumps designed to back up the system in case water rises faster than one pump can handle. The first pump is the pump that does the most work and is quite efficient. However, should water rise faster than the first can expel, the more powerful second pump activates. The third pump is the systems back up battery pump that comes on in the event of a power outage. The TripleSafe comes with WaterWatch, which is an alarm that sounds off to warn the homeowner of a potential problem. The TripleSafe comes equipped with special features designed to keep the pumps running smoothly such as the CleanPump stands that keep the pumps elevated from debris on the bottom. And an airtight lid/drain that allows water to go down but keeps water vapor from rising.
MidAmerica installed the WaterGuard XL around the perimeter to drain wall leaks to the TripleSafe sump pump. WaterGuard XL is a patented system that has an open back to allow groundwater to also drain to the TripleSafe. The WaterGuard XL comes with an inspection port to allow the homeowner or service tech to peak into the system and make sure everything is flowing properly.
To put the finishing touches on the walls of the basement, the team installed halfway wall panels of inorganic material called EverLast Wall Restoration. Everlast wall panels are installed with drainage matting and CleanSpace to allow potential wall leaks to continue to flow behind the panels and to the WaterGuard XL. Drainage matting is a dimpled inorganic material that allows water to flow down t the perimeter drainage system. The CleanSpace liners keep water and vapor behind the system and also has an antimicrobial additive to ward off mold growth. This system, is specially designed to help restore basement walls while giving a neat, clean, and finished look.
Karen W. is the homeowner of this crawlspace in Edwards and wanted to reclaim the space. She had utilities and pipes running through the space which allowed water intrusion. She had a plastic liner on the floor of the crawlspace, but it did not help at all. Wanting a permanent solution, she called the experts at MidAmerica basement Systems.
The team encapsulated the space with CleanSpace. Where the previous plastic failed, CleanSpace would prevail. CleanSpace liners are 20 mil thick plastic material made of varying levels of plastic with differing characteristics making it strong, durable and long lasting. The CleanSpace is sealed around obstructions and is attached with fasteners to the upper parts of the walls. The crisscross layers of polyester chord reinforcements within the liners cannot be pulled off or torn from the fasteners. CleanSpace stops water vapor and allows drainage to the drain or sump pump. As an added bonus to CleanSpace, the liner has an antimicrobial additive that fights mold growth on the liner. CleanSpace liners come in a color that immediately brightens any space. CleanSpace is specially designed to encapsulate spaces that are dark and damp.
To replace the old inefficient sump pump, the team installed the TripleSafe sump pump. The TripleSafe is a patented product that comes equipped with two powerful pumps, a third is a battery back-up sump pump, an alarm system called WaterWatch that sounds off if there is a problem, a durable perforated liner that allows groundwater to drain into the unit, three CleanPump stands that keep the system debris free, and an airtight lid that prevents water vapor from rising and more!
MidAmerica has recovered Karen’s crawlspace and now she has a clean, dry and usable space.
Amy K. is the homeowner of this basement in Peoria. She was experiencing water intrusion where the foundation walls meet the floor and through cracks in the floor. She called the professionals at MidAmerica Basement Systems. The team sent an expert out to inspect the home and provide a free estimate within the same day. Excited abut having these problems fixed, the team began the project.
To address water coming in from the perimeter, the team installed WaterGuard. WaterGuard is special compared to other perimeter drainage system as it sits on top of the foundation footing which prevents clogging. WaterGuard is designed to drain wall leaks and rising ground water from the perimeter into the local sump pump. A SuperSump was installed as the basements new sump pump system which was a major step up from the old system. SuperSump has various features that make it stand out among other sump pump systems such as an airtight lid that allows water to drain into the unit but does not allow water vapor to rise, a perforated and durable liner that allows ground water to drain into the unit, a CleanPump stand that elevates the unit above debris, a WaterWatch alarm that will alert Amy if there are any problems and more.
The team constructed a discharge line that allowed water to be pumped out of the space and carries it to the LawnScape away from the home. To further protect Amy's basement during the harsh winter months, the team installed IceGuard which is designed to eject water away from the foundation walls if a pipe freezes, preventing flooding.
Amy has a better equipped basement for rainy weather and the cold season!
The homeowner of this basement in Peoria wanted to waterproof their basement after noticing repeated water intrusion and general dampness. The reached out the experts at MidAmerica Basement Systems to waterproof their basement. The team installed CleanSpace liner on the walls to drain wall leaks to a perimeter drainage system, block water vapor and the white color really brightens the space. CkeanSpace liner also has an antimicrobial additive that will resist mold growth on the liners. The team then installed WaterGuard, as the basements perimeter drainage system. The team secured CleanSpace liner to WaterGuard to ensure wall leaks drain effortlessly into the WaterGuard to be drained into the sump pump. The team installed a new sump pump into the basement, SuperSump. SuperSump comes with features that surpass the abilities of the old sump pump as it comes with an air tight lid, air tight drain, cast iron zoeller pump, CleanPump stand and WaterWatch alarm system. Now this homeowner has a dryer and brighter basement!
This dingy basement belongs to a homeowner in Peoria and they were not happy with the condition of the basement and so called the MidAmerica Basement Systems to remedy their basement issues. The team installed CleanSpace liners with an antimicrobial additive to the walls to block water vapor and drain wall leaks to the WaterGuard. WaterGuard is a patented perimeter drainage system that sits on top of the foundation footing to prevent clogging. The team installed SuperSump with a cast iron zoeller pump, CleanPump stand, WaterWatch alarm system and more to help keep this basement dry. The homeowner is far happier with their basement!

George R. of Peoria needed help with his bowing basement walls. After finding MidAmerica Basement Systems online, he decided to schedule an appointment.
Foreman Peter Hensler lead his team in installing a PowerBrace System. The PowerBrace System immediately got to work on stabilizing, and in most cases, the PowerBrace will even work to correct the bowing wall. Needless to say, George R. is pleased to come home to a safe foundation every night.
Carlos J. needed to repair his sinking driveway and walkways, so he gave the experts a call. Dan Garner, a MidAmerica Basement Systems design specialist, responded to the call. After evaluating Carlos's needs, and seeing the project for himself, he recommended PolyLevel, combined with Nexus Pro Crack Sealing, to help keep everything in order.
Now, Carlos lives in a home with a beautiful, stable and functional driveway and walkway. He is very pleased with the results
Karen B.'s basement was afflicted by bowing walls and an unsteady foundation. The experts at MidAmerica Basement Systems were prepared to assess the situation. MidAmerica Basement Systems sent design specialist Dan Garner to help with the job.
Soon, foreman Dillon Heard and his team were installing both PowerBrace and Carbon Armor to stablize the bowing walls. PowerBrace, while primarily used to stablize, can also help correct a wall. With the walls standing sturdy, Karen B. feels safe in her stable home.
Dunlap homeowner realized his basement walls were starting to bow, so Vance M. decided to reach out to MidAmerica Basement Systems. Soon, a design specialist was in his home, helping Vance to determine the best route.
Shortly thereafter, Mike Clementz and his team were ready to install CarbonArmor, a carbon fiber product 10x stronger than steel. The attractive strips were installed in the Dunlap, IL basement, providing Vance with a stable basement and an easy mind.
One good way to potentially add value to a home is to add an extra bedroom, or create the potential for one. In order to have a basement bedroom, it is necessary for there to be a minimum of two fire exits. One is the bedroom door, the second could be an egress window.
Bob B. of Peoria decided he wanted to add extra lighting and value to his basement. He called the experts at MidAmerica Basement Systems for a free estimate from a certified design specialist.
Now, Bob B. has a top of the line StakWEL Egress System with the StakWEL energy-saving sunhouse that adds great light and potential for a basement bedroom. Needless to say, he is very happy.
Dunlap, IL homeowners Amy and Dave B. had two bowing walls in their basement. One ran the whole length of the house, and the other the whole width. The bowing walls were a big problem. Amy and Dave decided to call the local experts at MidAmerica Basement Systems.
Design Specialist Dan Garner customized the solution to a sturdy basement foundation. Twenty PowerBraces needed to be installed, offering potential bowing wall correction, and definite stabilization. After foreman Pete Hensler and his crew completed the work, Amy and Dave were pleased to sleep easy in a home with a strong foundation.
Peoria, IL homeowners, Dog and Kelly, had their bowing walls corrected and their basement waterproofed at the beginning of 2016. When they had their proactive service appointment with service technician Nathaniel Hauser in August of 2016, he pointed out a few things that could be come concerns later on if they weren't addressed. Nathaniel recommended the homeowners have CleanSpace installed as a vapor barrier, and to keep their basement dry.
CleanSpace guards against vapors, like toxic radon gas. It also protects the interior of spaces from water damage. The homeowners saw the benefit of adding CleanSpace to their home, and decided to get the work done. In less than a day, Foreman Justin Reger and his team installed CleanSpace in the basement, giving the space a bright look while adding functionality.
George H. of Peoria, IL called MidAmerica Basement Systems beacuse the wall in his basement was leaning in. He needed it to be stabilized, and straightened to secure the foundation of the home. His design specialist recommended the wall straightening procedure and CarbonArmor.
Unfortunately, due to the severity of the lean, the CarbonArmors alone did not hold the system. So, foreman Pete Hensler and his team reterned to the home and installed five PowerBraces alongside the CarbonArmor. The foundation is finally stable, offering the homeowner peace of mind. The system is holding up great, and it looks good too!
Peoria Heights homeowner, Frank M., called MidAmerica Basement Systems because water was intruding into his basement. He met with design specialist Fred Romane, and Fred helped Frank design a waterproofing system that would suit Frank's needs, and keep the basement dry.
Foreman Bill Wilcox and his team installed the system. Frank's waterproofing system includes a partial perimeter WaterGuard, a new SuperSump Sump Pump, with a buried discharge line. The buried discharge line includes the IceGuard attachment piece, and the LawnScape well. The basement is now finally dry, and Frank is very happy!
Carol of Peoria called MidAmerica Basement Systems concerned because a wall in her basement was sinking, the steps were pulling away from the house, and some of the doors wouldn't shut. Carol met with design specialist Dan Garner who evaluated the problem, and designed Carol a custom solution for her foundation issues. Dan recommended installing Push Piers to lift and stabilize the sinking home, and PowerBraces, to stabilize the bow in the wall. Now, Carol's home is safe again.
Ian, a Peoria, IL resident, contacted MidAmerica Basement Systems with concerns about his damp, smelly, cold crawlspace. He wanted to get the space encapsulated and insulated. Ian met with system design specialist Dan Garner. Dan conducted a thorough investigation of the inside and outside of the space before designing a custom solution for Ian and his home's needs. The solution included CleanSpace Drainage Matting, SilverGlo Insluation, and CleanSpace, among other products. Foreman Kyle McCarty and his team installed the solution, and Ian is very happy with his bright and dry crawlspace.
At a church in Chillicothe, IL, radon tested at levels almost five times higher than the EPA's recommended safe level. Design specialist Fred Romane met with a representative from the church, Ron S. Fred recommended two radon systems for the large building, complete with the exterior aesthetic package. Now, the church is radon-free, protecting all the occupants, including a preschool.
Returning customer, Max S. of Peoria, had new issues come about in his home. He was pleased with his previous work from MidAmerica Basement System so called for more help with his home. Water and Radon were leaking into his basement and needed to be fixed properly, and soon.
The Crew got right to work in installing the Radon Mitigation and waterproofing systems. The waterproofing system was installed, using WaterGuard piping and CleanSpace liner to direct the water to the TripleSafe Sump pump. Then, the Radon Mitigation system was connected to the sump pump pit, which created a sealed, suction channel that forces Radon through the system to properly discharge from the home, without seepage. Max is again, a very pleased customer.
Over the years, the ground around you home can settle. With settlement, it can cause many issues to your home. On issue is the pressure the ground has on your home’s foundation. This pressure can cause the foundation to bow and crack. This was an issue for Louis B. of Silvis. He had called MidAmerica Basement Systems to get his Free quote on how to repair his bowing foundation walls. It was suggested that he had PowerBraces installed in his basement. PowerBraces are a powerful I-Beam system that can potentially straighten foundation walls back to their original state. PowerBraces use a reinforcement method that distributes the weight of the home and ground evenly, so the home has less stress on it. Less stress on a home, makes for a safe home to live in.
Lynne was having problems with sagging floors. Her dirt floor crawlspace was casing moisture to weaken the floor joists, which was the reasoning for sagging floors. Dan, design specialist from MidAmerica Basement Systems proposed a crawlspace encapsulation with CleanSpace to create a barrier between the dirt ground and floor joists. CleanSpace is a thick liner that creates a moisture barrier between the dirt ground and crawlspace. Eliminating moisture helps prevent weakening floor joists, rotting and even mold growth.
Bowing walls left untreated can lead to serious matters such as leaking and unstable foundation. For Deena, she quickly contacted MidAmerica Basement Systems before her issue became worse. PowerBraces and CarbonArmor were strategically placed along the floor joist systems of the home to ensure proper stabilization and weight distribution of the home. PowerBraces are an I-Beam system that stops walls from bowing and offers the ability to straighten the wall back to its original state over time. CarbonArmor permanently stabilizes bowing foundation walls, stopping them from worsening. Both systems stop walls from worsening, and can help keep a basement dry if caught early enough. Deena has a stable home that will last as long as her home does.
During Max’s annual service visit for his wall anchor system, service tech Nate had mentioned that there was water leakage in his basement. Nate offered the installation of a waterproofing system to properly address the water issue. Max had also asked about the installation of a Radon Mitigation system, he had his home tested with high reaching levels and knew MidAmerica Basement Systems also offered mitigation systems. During the installation of the waterproof system, CleanSpace, WaterGuard and a SuperSump were installed to direct, collect, and discharge any water that would enter. The sump pit was then sealed off and a Radon Mitigation system was connected to it. Radon is now pulled from under the home, through the sump pit, and distributed outside of the home. Max not only has a stable home, but now Radon levels under control, and a waterproofed basement.
Kirk’s basement foundation is constructed of concrete blocks, and being built on a hill, was causing large foundation failure. The blocks had begun to shift, leaving large gaps and an unsafe foundation for the home. MidAmerica Basement Systems specialist, Mac, suggested installing a PowerBrace system to stop the blocks from shifting, and permanently stabilize his home. Using the wooden floor joist system, PowerBraces are strategically places along the joist system to properly and effectively support the failing foundation and distribute the weight of the home evenly. Cross support beams were placed along the PowerBrace system to address the blocks that had shifted inward, offering more stability for the home.
One night during many days of rain, Gary’s pump had quit working, leaving his basement flooded. He contacted MidAmerica Basement Systems to have a new sump installed. While his situation was being inspected, it was noted that the pump was too small to accompany the amount of water that was entering his basement. Gary was offered a new TripleSafe sump to accommodate the entering water, and prevent over working of the pump and reducing over-use of the new pump. The TripleSafe sump also offers a battery back-up to ensure the water will still be pumped out of the basement during pump failures and power outages.
Bill and Marsha were having issues with a small leak in their foundation and reached out to a waterproofing company to address the issue. It was fixed by another company, or so they thought. A few months later the crack had begun to split and leak again. They now contacted MidAmerica Basement Systems to have the crack properly addressed. FlexiSpan injections were applied to the crack, giving a strong bond inside and around the crack. FlexiSpan is made of high-density polyurethane that allows for the crack to expand and contract with the natural movement of the foundation, providing a permanent solution for the leak.
Over the years Dennis’ driveway had begun to sink, causing the concrete to buckle and crack under the weight. It had caused very many eye sores and he was unsure if there was any way to fix the issue without re-pouring an entire new driveway. He communicated with Cole from MidAmerica Basement Systems to find the perfect solution to the sunken, cracked driveway. PolyLevel was offered to lift and stabilize the sunken slabs, and have a NexusPro Joint Sealant applied to all the cracks. Once PolyLevel fills the voids and lifts the sunken concrete, the driveway once again becomes level. Appling the NexusPro Joint Sealant is then applied to the cracks, offering a permanent seal from water, increasing the longevity of the lifted areas and helping prevent future sinking of untreated areas.
Over the years, the soil under the driveway has left the area unlevel and unsafe to access. To stabilize and level the sunken areas of the driveway, PolyLevel injections are installed. The high-density polymers fill the voids that have been come about, creating a stabilized surface for the concrete. The PolyLevel then expands to lift the sunken areas and level the concrete. Adding a NexusPro Joint Sealant to all areas that have been injected and the areas that have not, allows for protection for the driveway. NexusPro diverts water away from the cracks, and offers a sealant the moves and stays in tacked with the natural movement of the concrete.
David and Sarah have always had a sump pump in their basement, but were beginning to notice water seeping in some sport around the area. They reached out to MidAmerica Basement Systems to see what was going wrong with their pump. It was noted that their pump was in desperate need of replacing due to the use over the years. They were also offered installing a WaterGuard system to effectively collect and redirect water to the sump pump to prevent water from surfacing throughout the basement. David and Sarah can continue having a dry basement.
John had a very large foundation crack that seemed to get bigger and wider over time. He finally reached out for help to address his situation. MidAmerica Basement Systems offered John the solution of Helical TieBacks due to the large bow in his wall. Large GeoLock Anchor plates were installed on the outside of the home to anchor the rods and provide the proper support needed to prevent the wall for worsening. The Tieback was than installed against the wall to give the pressure needed to stabilize the wall. John now has a stable foundation and will no longer worry about the crack or the wall worsening.
Mark had noticed some seeping water in the corner of his basement and quickly grew concern about the damages that could arise in his finished basement. He reached out to MidAmerica Basement Systems and asked for help. He was offered a CleanSpace and WaterGuard system to help collect and redirect the water to the existing sump pump. With the extra help from the additional system, seeping water will no longer surface, keeping the basement dry, and reducing the harm to the finished basement.
Leaking, wet crawlspace has caused many issues from homeowners Anne and Gerald. Not only was their crawlspace wet, but mold and mildew had started to grow, and it also left the basement damp. They contacted MidAmerica Basement Systems to have crawlspace inspected, in hopes that a resolution would be put into play. Total crawlspace encapsulation with CleanSpace was offered. CleanSpace is a thick, pool-like liner, that completely and permanently seals off the exposed ground from the rest of the crawlspace. CleanSpace is a vapor barrier that prevents mold growth, and is puncture- and tear-resistant. A SmartSump was also installed in the crawlspace to discharge the water from out of the area, leaving it dry so future mold and mildew cannot grow. A SaniDry Sedona was also installed in the basement to help control the humidity levels.
Adam was having issues with water seeping in from the walls and floor in his basement, leading to mold growth. He contacted the experts at MidAmerica Basement Systems to have the basement waterproofed. He was offered CleanSpace Wall Liner, to help reduce moisture and prevent future mold growth. WaterGuard was then installed along the perimeter of the basement to collect seeping water from the walls and floor, and redirect it to the TripleSafe. The TripleSafe discharges all water from the home, and a SaniDry Sedona keeps the humidity levels in check, while aiding in the prevention of mold growth.
Eric and Melanie were concerned about their kids’ playroom. Every time it rained, water would seep into the room and toys would become wet. They reached out to MidAmerica Basement Systems to have the area inspected and repaired. They were introduced to a full perimeter WaterGuard drainage system to help collect the seeping water, and prevent it from surfacing and ruining any toys. Once water entered the WaterGuard system, it is then redirected to the TripleSafe to be properly discharged back out of the toy room. Now Eric and Melanie’s children can enjoy the toy room rain or shine, and anytime of the year.
Virginia was constantly having issues with water seeping into her basement from all areas throughout the floor. Fed up with her situation, Virginia reached out to MidAmerica Basement Systems to have her basement inspected. Water seepage was noted along the floor and wall joint, and a WaterGuard system was offered as a solution. WaterGuard is a patented drainage tile that collects seeping water and redirects it to a sump system. A TripleSafe sump was then installed to properly discharge the seeping water. Virginia no longer has an issue with water seeping into her basement.
Deborah was having some issues with some leaking cracks in her foundation, and would sometimes leak during large rain falls. She reached out to MidAmerica Basement Systems to have her cracks repaired. FlexiSpan was injected into the cracks to provide a strong, flexible bond. FlexiSpan is ideal for cracks because it uses high-viscosity polyurethane polymers to set deep into the cracks, preventing the crack from worsening over time. The uniquely flexible sealant also always for movement during the natural freeze-thaw and wet-dry cycles of the ground around the foundation.
