Leaking, wet crawlspace has caused many issues from homeowners Anne and Gerald. Not only was their crawlspace wet, but mold and mildew had started to grow, and it also left the basement damp. They contacted MidAmerica Basement Systems to have crawlspace inspected, in hopes that a resolution would be put into play. Total crawlspace encapsulation with CleanSpace was offered. CleanSpace is a thick, pool-like liner, that completely and permanently seals off the exposed ground from the rest of the crawlspace. A SmartSump was also installed in the crawlspace to discharge the water from out of the area, leaving it dry so future mold and mildew cannot grow.
