Sue recently had her basement waterproofed by MidAmerica Basement Systems, and she was looking to finish the area. She was offered the EverLast Wall Panel system for the walls. The panels offer a waterproofed material that will prevent it from being ruined by moisture or leaks that could appear in the future. The EverLast panels also offer an R13 thermal rating to help make the basement more energy efficient.

Brian had begun to notice horizontal stair-step cracking long his basement wall and quickly contacted MidAmerica Basement Systems to have his issue resolved. During his inspection, it was made aware that the cracks were allowing water to seep in. CleanSpace was placed along the foundation wall to prevent water from enter the basement and direct it to the new drainage track, WaterGuard. The GeoLock Wall Anchors permanently stabilize the foundation wall, and allows for tightening, increasing the probability of straightening the wall back to its original position.
