The sunken and cracked concrete around your Bureau County home is both an eyesore and a safety hazard. It is also likely to get worse, but we can fix it for you.
Our experts use PolyLevel, a superior polyurethane foam. Small holes are drilled in the concrete, the foam is injected and the expanding foam lifts the concrete. The majority of contractors you will call use mudjacking instead of foam. Mudjacking is heavier, require larger holes in the concrete and does not last as long as PolyLevel. This crawl space in Princeton belongs to Harlan. Harlan wanted his space restored, waterproofed, and protected. He called MidAmerica Basement Systems to remedy the problem once and for all.
A MidAmerica team member and trained professional, was sent to inspect/test the home, advised Harlan of what should be done and quoted Harlan the same day. Once the game plan was set, the MidAmerica team began encapsulating the space. The experts were able to protect the crawl space from increasing Radon levels by installing radon mitigation system. A homeowner in Tiskilwa, IL was having water coming into their basement. The water was getting in throughout the basement and causing their recreational space to become flooded! They knew this was an issue that would not be able to be fixed without expert help from MidAmerica Basement Systems! A Design Specialist was able to come out to take a look at their basement and give them the best recommendation possible to keep their basement free from any more water. He recommended having WaterGuard installed to keep the basement clean and dry for time to come.
Having WaterGuard installed within your basement will allow you to still use your basement as a functional space! Want to use the space for storage or recreational purposes? You will still be able to thanks to WaterGuard! WaterGuard is installed around the perimeter of the basement. Its job is to collect water as it comes into the basement and drains it safely and unseen away to the Sump Pump System to be pumped out of the basement. It will keep your basement clean and dry.
Now the homeowner will have no more worries about having water coming into their basement thanks to the MidAmerica Basement Systems Team!
