The sunken and cracked concrete around your Black Hawk County home is both an eyesore and a safety hazard. It is also likely to get worse, but we can fix it for you.
Our experts use PolyLevel, a superior polyurethane foam. Small holes are drilled in the concrete, the foam is injected and the expanding foam lifts the concrete. The majority of contractors you will call use mudjacking instead of foam. Mudjacking is heavier, require larger holes in the concrete and does not last as long as PolyLevel. After an initial contact, our customer care team promptly arranged for a home inspection. One of our experienced System Design Specialists visited the home, offering a comprehensive evaluation. The diagnosis was clear: the structural integrity of the basement walls was compromised, and water intrusion was exacerbating the issue. The recommended solution? The installation of GeoLock Wall Anchors - a reliable fix designed to address and correct both the bowing walls and the troublesome leaks. Our production team, including a skilled foreman and expert installers, got to work, executing the installation with precision. The GeoLock Wall Anchors were installed strategically along the compromised walls to counteract the inward pressure causing the bowing. Not only did this stabilize the walls, preventing further movement, but it also provided a means to gradually straighten the walls over time with minimal disruption to the household. By the end of our work, the homeowner’s basement was transformed. The once-bowing and cracking walls were stabilized, significantly reducing the risk of future water leakage and structural issues. It's more than just a fix - it’s peace of mind, knowing their home is safeguarded against similar problems moving forward. Through our focused approach and specialist solutions like the GeoLock Wall Anchor System, we’re proud to deliver not just a remarkable customer experience, but also a reliable, long-lasting resolution to home foundation challenges.
