Great! I'm very pleased, particularly with David Ezelle and his crew. I wish all contractors were as pleasant and considerate as they were.

My phone conversations with company representatives were always pleasant. I have no complaints. I was kept well informed about timing and project details.

Justin was awesome. I was expecting a pushy salesman who would try to sell me every bell and whistle, but he listened to what I needed and my concerns and then recommended solutions. He was knowledgeable and took time to answer all the questions I had the day he came over to give a bid. After he left, he was readily available by text message and by phone to answer any questions I had while waiting for my installation to begin. I would like him to come out and measure the rest of my basement and hopefully do a "phase 2".

My installation crew included David Ezelle, with sidekicks Joe and Aaron. I could not have asked for three more pleasant fellows. They kept me well informed, were highly knowledgeable, prompt, efficient, trustworthy and friendly. I had basement waterproofing done, including addition of a sump pump, and they had the whole thing finished in less than two days. All dirt and debris was cleaned up when they were finished. Only part of the basement was done but I've been in this home only a few months, and it appears the other part of the basement also leaks. I was so impressed, I'd like to waterproof the rest of it now so I can add a bedroom downstairs without worrying about water in the walls. Very impressive. Thanks, David, Joe and Aaron. You guys were great!

My basement was cleaner when the crew was done than it was when they arrived, by far! Very nicely done.
