The videos/advertising are fear-based. I don't like that. I know what my problem is...I live with it....I was solution based information.
The person answering the phone was great...always had to leave a message though....the sales guy even had someone else's message on the answering machine.
Too much non-relevant information. I just need a simple explanation of the system and how it works and how it will solve my problem. Fear tactics are unnecessary.
Jason was very professional and consciencious.
