MidAmerica Basement Systems Shines at Annual Basement Systems Convention

Each year Basement Systems holds a convention to help celebrate the success of all the dealers across the network, introduce new products, and teach classes about all types of necessities on what it takes to be a successful dealer. There are over 300 dealers in the network that come and learn from the best of the best, and hear from the founder and CEO of Basement Systems, Larry Janesky. This year, being the biggest IMPACT yet.

Howard Tatge, owner and general manager of MidAmerica Basement Systems, joined the Basement Systems network in the early 1990’s, providing his customers with expertise in basement waterproofing. Over the years, Tatge expanded his business, becoming a certified dealer in Foundation Supportworks Inc., CleanSpace Nation, National Radon Defense, and most recently, Total Basement Finishing. At MidAmerica Basement Systems, we are committed to 100% customer satisfaction. In being said, we could not shine without the satisfaction of our customers to create the IMPACT that was needed in to success of our business.

This year, Tatge and MidAmerica Basement Systems earned three awards in basement waterproofing, Total Basement Finishing, and CleanSpace installation. Ranking in the top 50 dealers for Basement Systems in Waterproofing, the company shined being the #17 dealer in the overall network. This was only the beginning of the stunning performance put on by the company.

In early 2016, Tatge took on yet another expansion for the company, becoming a Total Basement Finishing dealer. Sales began skyrocketing, landing him the #9 dealer in the network. Within just one year, customers turned more and more to the Total Basement Finishing products, helping MidAmerica Basement Systems reach for the stars, and accomplish being one of the top 10 dealers in the franchise.

For years, Tatge and MidAmerica Basement Systems have been a certified dealer in CleanSpace Nation. Offering a moisture barrier, called CleanSpace. CleanSpace is a liner that permanently seals moisture off from untreated crawlspaces and/or leaking foundation walls, aiding in a healthier structured home. This year at convention, the company was applauded for reaching the milestone of installing “1 Million Square Feet of CleanSpace”.

Tatge and the staff of MidAmerica Basement Systems are beyond grateful to have received these awards and want to thank all of our customers.
