MABS Heads to National Convention

Every year, MidAmerica Basement Systems is invited to the annual Basement Systems, Inc. convention in Connecticut. The national convention is for leaders within the Basement Systems dealer network, and it offers staff development seminars, educational trainings, best practice resources, and networking opportunities. There is also an awards ceremony where the top-performing teams receive awards for a variety of categories. In the attached picture from 2015 Convention, Erik Tatge, Sales Manager, and Mac McDaniel, System Design Specialist, are discussing new information they had learned in their classes that day.

This year, MidAmerica Basement Systems will be represented by a total of 10 leaders, with at least one leader from each team of design specialists, management, marketing, service, production, and the appointment center. The team representative will bring valuable education back to their departments to better serve all prospective and current MidAmerica Basement Systems customers.

MidAmerica Basement Systems attends the convention to ensure they are providing the highest quality customer experience while maintaining their existing status as a top of the line business. The team leaves on Wednesday, August 17th, and will be in training for three days from Thursday, August 18th to Saturday, August 20th.
