Replacing Old Warn Out Pump in Bettendorf, IA Basement

Mark and Connie have lived in their home for many years, and back in 1994, had their basement waterproofed by MidAmerica Basement Systems. Over the years they never had a wet basement. One day after a large rainfall, their WaterWatch Alarm had sounded, alerting them that their system wasn’t properly working. They quickly contacted the experts to have their system looked at. Service technician Scott inspected their pump and discovered that the pump failed and needed to be replaced, and also offered a new UltraSump. Adao replaced the pump with a new 1/3hr Zoeller Pump and UltraSump. Mark and Connie still to this day have never had an issue with water in their basement thanks to the many years of help from MidAmerica Basement Systems.

On the left is the old, original pump has discharged water from the homeowners’ basement for more than 20 years, and finally needed to be replaced. On the right, a new 1/3hp Zoeller Pump and UltraSump are ready to be installed to continue the success of a dry basement for the homeowners for more years to come.
