MidAmerica Basement Systems Sponsors Holiday Hat Bash to Benefit Local Seniors
Davenport, IA – MidAmerica Basement Systems recently sponsored the 3rd Annual Party with a Purpose Holiday Hat Bash.
The Holiday Hat Bash is an event paired with CASI, the Center for Active Seniors Inc., to benefit the “Be a Santa to a Senior” program. This program raises money to provide holiday gifts and care for quad cities seniors. The event included appetizers, wine and beer, a raffle, wine pull, and a hat contest
The main event, the hat contest, consisted of a “hat parade” in which the participants show off their hats to the crowd. A panel of judges will decide the winner of the “Best Hat 2011” Trophy as well as “Date Night” gift package.
