MidAmerica Basement Systems depends on reviews - good or bad - from homeowners so we can continue to learn, grow, and best serve homeowners in the Eastern Iowa/Western Illinois area. This is why we track the frequency of words used in reviews from homeowners who have had a project installed.

Some of the most frequently used words are the following; clean, professional, and courteous. Homeowners are always impressed by how clean their home is after a job, and how professional and courteous our teams conduct themselves. While we are grateful that homeowners are so appreciative of our employees and the work we do, we find it a little bit disheartening that not all construction companies leave their customers feeling this way. We believe that when we come in to better your home, we should do just that: get the job done, and leave it better than we found it. We believe in hiring individuals who recognize the importance of good customer service, and treat our homeowners with above-average care and consideration. We just wish this wasn't an anomaly in the construction industry, but rather the norm.
