Paid training 

Base pay at $15 hourly

Hotel lodging and Per Diem for overnight travel

Mileage @ .55 per mile

Incentive pay per lead generated from the event.

JOB SUMMARY

The Promoter position will be the face of our company at various events, including county fairs, trade shows, and home shows. The primary responsibility is to engage with potential customers, generate interest in our products, and contribute to our overall sales goals.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Represent MidAmerica Basement Systems at events and trade shows

On-time arrival

Engage with potential customers and provide information about our products and services

Generate interest in our company and drive leads

Collecting lead / contact information

Communicate with Marketing Coordinator

Maintain a positive and professional demeanor

Assembly, tear down, and inspection of booth equipment

Provide a remarkable experience for homeowners and employees

Performs other duties as assigned

REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES:

Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organizational and time management skills

Enthusiastic and positive attitude

Drive to connect with people

Ability to absorb training knowledge and apply what was learned to generate leads

Willingness to travel within a 3-hour radius and work in a team environment

Ability to work weekends

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Prior experience in customer service or marketing is a plus, but not required.

Prior construction experience is a plus, but not required. Training is provided at time of hire.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Prolonged periods of sitting and/or standing

Ability to exert up to 50 lbs. of force occasionally during booth set up and tear down.
