Challenge
Kara had recently purchased a home not knowing that the basement had a water issue. During heavy rains, water would run down the foundation walls and puddle on the floor. She knew that a sump pump would need to be installed but didn’t know if that would help the situation of the water coming in from the walls. Kara called MidAmerica Basement Systems to have a specialist address her water issue.
Solution
Upon inspection, it was proposed that a TripleSafe Sump be installed, along with WaterGuard and CleanSpace. CleanSpace will help with two factors; directs water to WaterGuard and seals off moisture from the rest of the basement. CleanSpace is a great solution when you have leaking foundation walls. WaterGuard helps channel water to the sump pump so water does not puddle or pool on the foundation floor.
