Challenge

Lori D. is the homeowner of this dim basement in Davenport. Solution

Leading the team was Primary Foreman, Justin Bailey. Justin and the team waterproofed Lori’s wet basement by installing WaterGuard sub-floor drainage system to drain wall leaks and ground water seepage. The team also installed a SuperSump pump as the basement's new and improved sump system. The basement also has a shower so the team waterproofed the surrounding area with TrenchDrain, which is designed to drain any leaks to the WaterGuard system.

To protect Lori’s basement from floods associated with frozen discharge lines by installing the IceGuard system. Another system the team installed to waterproof and brighten the dim basement was by installing BrightWall panels. BrightWall panels provide a fresh, semi-finished appearance, drain wall leaks to the WaterGuard system and stops water vapor from evaporating into the basement.
